Local knowledge Process expertise Responsiveness Negotiation skills I was extremely lucky to have Andrea and the Sanders Team as my agent and agency during my recent home purchase. Andrea was the perfect pick for my challenging price point to quality unicorn, 1st home, for my Son search. We looked at A LOT of houses, and to that end she made herself consistently available for go sees. She put in 3 offers on our behalf, 2 acceptances, 1 termination and ultimately Andrea, with the assistance of her transaction coordinator, Shannon Kunkel, got us to close on the last one. The listing agent on the house we ultimately purchased had ZERO unprompted follow-through, requiring Andrea and Shannon to close that gap when they should not have had to, but they did it anyway. Andrea also has deep connections in the purchasing support industries so was super resourceful in providing high quality connections to vendors as I needed them. Andrea and Shannon and Sanders Team were consummate professionals; I would utilize them again if needed and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
